We oppose forced circumcision on babies.  You chose to get cut when you became an adult – there’s nothing wrong with that. However, I don’t believe the part about hygiene and sexual pleasure.  Did you have infections down there when you weren’t cut – I doubt that, since European men don’t have problems with being uncut.  Also do you advocate for women cutting off parts of their vulva to improve their hygiene? Women have so many folds of skin down there it’s way dirtier than any uncut man!

What rubbish some of those who oppose male circumcision write! I cannot believe the mystical qualities which they attach to a useless flap of skin which makes hygiene difficult, impairs sexual pleasure and is uncomfortable, particularly in warm weather. Having chosen to be circumcised as an adult, I KNOW from personal experience, the difference which male circumcision makes – much better hygiene, greater comfort and perhaps most importantly, vastly enhanced sexual pleasure during intercourse, both for the man and his female partner.
